Genesys Parcel Data

MapMart is pleased to offer the US Parcel data from Genesys. Genesys has ownership of the parcel data for over 80 million parcels in the United States. While the coverage is not yet complete, it is continually growing and has coverage in all 50 US States. The data attributes have been standardized to include Parcel ID Numbers, Street Addresses (in two formats for easier usability), FIPS codes, source creation date, County, and State information.

All of the Parcel data have been aligned to the highly-accurate NAVTEQ street data centerlines and so will overlay beautifully with the BroadMap MapConnect™ Enterprise data, a NAVTEQ derivative also offered by MapMart. The data are available for immediate download or are accessible via the MapMart Cloud WMS services.
