This 0.6 meter QuickBird Imagery is a versatile and cost effective satellite imagery product that delivers seamless coverage of the world at an approximate 2 foot resolution. Standard Imagery products are radiometrically corrected, sensor corrected, geometrically corrected and mapped to a cartographic projection. Standard imagery products are available at black & white, color, or pan-sharpened with a 0.6 meter pixel resolution, or multispectral with a 2.4 meter resolution. All standard imagery products have uniform pixel spacing throughout the entire product.

*In April 2011, the QuickBird orbit was increased by over 40 kilometers above the Earth’s surface. This extended QuickBird’s useful life by approximately two years. As a result, the QuickBird satellite can capture a larger area with each pass though at a slightly diminished resolution of 0.65 meters per pixel. The satellite will gradually return to its original orbit, resolution and other specifications by early 2013.

Prices given on the website upon checkout are for georeferenced panchromatic or 3-band products. Bundles and 4-band products are available along with orthorectified products (to improve accuracy) though the costs may vary. Please let us know if you are interested in these items.
